Super base for discovering Skegness. Reasonably spacious and perfect unit with shower. Family atmosphere in the bar during breakfast. Great location near to the restaurant; smooth check-in. Again, 15 minutes walk from Skegness Clock Tower. What a such great stay, no complains at all.

Home-cooked meals were excellent and affordable.
The room was quite cramped, leaving little space for our belongings. We experienced issues with the shower. It was temperamental and didn't maintain a consistent temperature. The mattress provided little comfort, and we woke up with aches daily due to poor support.

Nice spot in Skegness 🌊
The brekkie was a proper delight, cooked fresh and loads of options, even some vegan vibes! The fridge in our room was awesome for keeping some drinks cool, and the owners were just so warm and cute. Amazing location, everything was a short stroll away!
The shower was a bit on the snug side-had to be careful not to knock the showerhead around too much.
